A hybrid nonprofit + for-profit that bridges the generational gap — pairing retiring Boomer business owners with overlooked entrepreneurs ready to carry forward their legacy.
Across America, thousands of small businesses — especially those owned by the Baby Boomer generation — are approaching retirement. Many of these owners have no succession plan. When they close their doors, decades of wisdom, jobs, and community impact disappear with them.
The Be Good House exists to stop that loss. Our mission is to bridge the generational gap — helping the next wave of entrepreneurs learn from these seasoned owners while carrying forward their legacy with fresh energy, technology, and Kingdom values.
We don't just train scholars. We place them at the helm of real, revenue-generating businesses — the kind of businesses that anchor neighborhoods, employ families, and fund Kingdom work for decades.

We focus on reaching our goals in a way that is fair, ethical, and honest. This approach guides what we do, where we go, and even how we think.
Merit over shortcut
We compete on merit, pay what's owed, and honor every handshake. Scholar earnings get reinvested, not extracted. Mentors give freely. Partners win when scholars win.
"A just balance and scales are the Lord's; all the weights in the bag are his work."Proverbs 16:11
Integrity, always
If it can't be done with integrity, it doesn't get done. We measure success by what God sees — not what the market rewards. We walk away from deals that compromise our values.
"Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out."Proverbs 10:9
Truth that costs
Truth first — even when it costs us. We say what we mean, deliver what we promise, and own what we break. No spin, no veneer. Scholars learn that reputation compounds.
"Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor."Ephesians 4:25
Two engines, one mission. Donations train scholars. Scholar-run businesses generate profits. Profits reinvest into the next scholar. A self-reinforcing flywheel for Kingdom impact.
Our nonprofit funds the live-in incubator — housing, mentorship, ministry, and hands-on business curriculum. Scholars learn stewardship, leadership, and digital skills from leaders who have already walked the path.
Our business arm acquires Boomer-owned small businesses headed for closure — modernizing them through AI, automation, and operational systems. Profits don't go to founders. They reinvest into the next scholar.
